The Honey Wagon is a mobile bar that aims to serve cold, local beer on tap.

Originally brought to fruition in 2021 while managing Ol’ Beautiful, Jess began restoring a 1951 Mercury pickup truck with the intention of combining her love for older vehicles, her appreciation of beer, and her experience in customer service + the benefit of adding bar service to the Ol’ Beautiful patio.

Set to be done in Spring 2025, The Honey Wagon Tap Truck will be a bookable mobile bar for the spring and summer months.

All branding, marketing, website development, and restoration is being completed by Jess.
